State entry for the 2025 MISS OHIO TEEN USA® pageant. The The selection committee’s winner of the 2025 MISS OHIO TEEN USA® pageant will advance and compete in the 2025 MISS TEEN USA®. The Miss USA Organization is the producer of the MISS USA® & MISS TEEN USA® pageants. The MISS OHIO TEEN USA® pageant is independently produced by Proctor Productions, LLC under license with The Miss USA Organization and VVV Global Ent., LLC. Miss Universe®, MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA® and all variants thereof and the crown designs are all registered trademarks and copy rights of The Miss Universe Organization.

Title Registration

Each selected delegate will receive a title for the 2025 MISS OHIO TEEN USA® pageant as a delegate-at-large. Your title will be provided to you on a later date. Each delegate will be awarded a title based on the area in which she lives. As one or more delegates may reside from the same area or community titles will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Titles will be assigned first by City, then County followed by Community, Township and Other. Title determinations will be final and titles have no bearing on the competition. Sashes will be provided to each delegate upon arrival at the 2025 MISS OHIO TEEN USA® pageant. Delegates are not permitted to make any appearances wearing their designation sashes after the conclusion of the 2025 MISS OHIO TEEN USA® pageant.

I now reside, or will have resided, in OHIO as my permanent and primary residence for a period of at least ninety (90) consecutive days immediately prior to the beginning of the 2025 MISS OHIO TEEN USA® Pageant. I have resided in OHIO as a full-time student at a school, college or university for one full semester, trimester or summer session immediately prior to the state pageant, and still enrolled as a full-time student at a school, college or university and will continue to reside in the state (although I may spend the summer in another state). For the avoidance of doubt, I will not satisfy the requirements of paragraph (2) if I reside in one state, and I am enrolled in an online school, college or university located in another state. I have retained full-time employment in OHIO (i.e., I work at least forty (40) hours per week in the State, and I qualify for employment benefits provided by my employer) and have maintained such full-time employment for a period of at least ninety (90) consecutive days prior to the date of the 2025 MISS OHIO TEEN USA® Pageant.

I represent that I have not and will not engage in any activities which would bring, or tend to bring, myself, Proctor Productions, LLC., the State Director, MISS OHIO TEEN USA Pageants, or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliated or related companies into disrepute, ridicule or contempt to, but to include any type of use of illegal drugs, any other illegal behavior or activity, professional or amateur nude or semi-nude dancing or modeling in any sexually oriented business or club, any type of nude or semi-nude photographs or video tapes, prostitution, any felony conviction, probation or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.

11. I agree that I will make no appearance whatsoever unless official authorization is granted by Proctor Productions LLC, or its agents. I understand and agree that doing so could result in the loss of my title and return of any and all awards.

12. I hereby grant permission to Proctor Productions LLC., the use my name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material, in any manner and in any and all media whatsoever (whether now or hereafter known or devised), in connection with the development, production, exhibition, advertising, publicity, promotion, marketing, merchandising and other exploitation of the State Pageant.

13. I understand that I am free to withdraw from the competition at any time, but under no circumstance will I be entitled to a refund or transfer to another contest and fee, either full or part, that I or my sponsors have paid. There are no exceptions to this policy.

14. I understand that Proctor Productions LLC is only responsible for producing the MISS OHIO TEEN USA Pageant and I will not hold them liable if for any reason beyond their control the national MISS TEEN USA Pageant does not occur.
